A faster reply starts with a little preparation. When you write or call, please have the prescriber name, the medicine name if you know it, the delivery address and the plan you use. For a cold-chain medicine such as insulin or a biologic, mention it in the subject so the chilled shelf is ready before we reply. A message with those facts is usually answered the same business day.

We reply to every genuine message and never outsource your question to an automated wall. Whether you need a coordinator, a pharmacist or the person who mended a late parcel, the voice on the line already knows the mailroom from the bench to the delivery door.

Bring the original written or electronic prescription from our prescriber, a copy of your insurance card and the delivery address you want the parcel to reach. A coordinator will also take the best number to reach you and the reminder channel you prefer, text, call or email.
Yes. Insulated mailers with sealed gel cold-packs travel regionally every courier run, and each cold parcel carries a temperature record. If a run looks too warm or the delay too long, we re-book the route so the medicine never rides outside the two to eight degree band.
